KJZX is looking for a new office & studio

KJZX 89.1 FM is back on the air broadcasting on 89.1 FM, but we are still looking for a new home!  Our internet stream is also temporarily off while we raise more funds and look for our new home.

KJZX is a nonprofit, noncommercial public radio station and receives no funding from federal, state or local governments.  We operate as an all-volunteer organization and we are working to build a partnership with a local nonprofit group, school, or college to be able to continue operating as Austin’s only jazz station.

If you know of, or are with, a local music or cultural nonprofit – or even with a church or school with an affinity for jazz – that has available radio studio space, then please contact us.  Perhaps you know of someone who has a vacant office or a small building that could house us temporarily for low or no cost.

Ideally, a central Austin location would be terrific, but a home is a home.
